Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow with other applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance system performance.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services for integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Certifications related to ServiceNow development or ITIL.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A strong foundation in software development principles and practices is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
