Responsibilities

Role Overview

KPMG India is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Practice Leader to drive the growth, strategy, and execution of the ServiceNow business across India and global member firms. The role demands strong leadership across Go-To-Market (GTM), sales, alliances, delivery, and financial management, while scaling a high-performing practice and delivering transformational outcomes to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Business Leadership

  • Own and manage the end-to-end ServiceNow practice, including GTM strategy, marketing initiatives, alliance management, sales, presales, delivery, financial construct, and profitability.
  • Act as the ServiceNow Alliance SPOC for India, driving strong relationships with ServiceNow and internal KPMG stakeholders.
  • Define and execute global solutions frameworks aligned to ServiceNow’s platform capabilities.

Sales, Presales & GTM

  • Lead deal pursuits, RFP responses, and solutioning, ensuring compelling and differentiated value propositions.
  • Bring deep expertise in RFP construct and value articulation, translating client challenges into measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive revenue growth in the India market, acquiring marquee client logos across industries such as:
    • Aviation
    • Telecommunications
    • Insurance
    • GCCs and Global KPMG Member Firms

Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Conduct executive-level discovery workshops to understand current-state challenges across client environments.
  • Position ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains, including:
    • IT Service Management (ITSM) & ITOM
    • HR Service Delivery
    • Finance & Procurement
    • Sales & Customer Workflows
    • ESG and Risk-related use cases
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term client value.

Delivery & Project Governance

  • Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, timelines, and financial discipline.
  • Establish strong project management and governance models aligned to KPMG standards.

People & Capability Building

  • Build, scale, and nurture the ServiceNow team from single-digit strength to 150+ professionals.
  • Drive capability development, certification roadmap, and competency models across ServiceNow modules.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its enterprise-wide capabilities.
  • Strong experience in consulting, digital transformation, and large-scale practice leadership.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • GTM and alliance-led growth
    • RFP management and complex deal pursuits
    • Value-based selling and executive storytelling
    • Program and portfolio management
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling large teams and practices.
  • Experience working with global clients, GCCs, and multi-geography delivery models.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Big 4 or large global consulting organizations.
  • Prior leadership exposure across multiple ServiceNow workflows.
  • Strong industry exposure across aviation, telecom, insurance, or regulated sectors.

     

  • Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
