The Role

As a Digital Solutions Consultant II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• We are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking developer to design and build AI agents and rapidly deployable business applications using no-code/low-code platforms.
• In this role, you will translate business problems into intelligent, automated solutions combining Agentic AI capabilities with the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver measurable value quickly.  
• You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, and application development, partnering closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and digital solution consultants.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate workflows, reason over enterprise data, and support business decision-making.
• Develop quick-turnaround business applications using no-code/low-code platforms, primarily Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Build and orchestrate agentic AI solutions including multi-step, tool-using, and autonomous agents integrating with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models, APIs, and data pipelines into applications and automated workflows.
• Connect applications and agents to databases and enterprise data platforms, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly; document solutions and support adoption across teams.
• Stay current with emerging AI, agentic frameworks, and Power Platform capabilities.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in application development, AI/automation, or low-code/no-code solution building.
• Preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services (AI Foundry), or similar AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Exposure to API development and integration.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI).
• Required Skills 
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and working with Agentic AI frameworks and concepts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven) and Power Automate.
  • Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals and how to apply them to real-world problems.
  • Foundation in data science concepts (data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and interpretation).
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#).
  • Working knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data integration techniques.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
