Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
The Treasury Solutions Specialist supports the modernization of global Treasury operations by helping evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain technology solutions and data processes. The role focuses on improving cash management, liquidity, risk, and compliance activities through enhanced systems, automation, and analytics.
Working with Senior team members and cross‑functional partners, the Treasury Solutions Specialist gathers and validates data, identifies process gaps, develop and maintain solutions, supports system upgrades, and actively contributes to Treasury technology projects aligned with ADM’s Frictionless Finance Strategy. This position is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, collaborative, and eager to develop technical and Treasury knowledge in a dynamic, global environment.

• Support the evaluation and documentation of new Treasury technology solutions, providing research, analysis, and input for business case development
• Build integrations, automations, and workflow logic across Treasury tools and enterprise platforms.
• Assist in the designing, developing, implementing,  testing, deploying and maintaining of Treasury technology tools that streamline Treasury operations, compliance, and reporting processes
• Contribute to the delivery of Treasury technology projects aligned with ADM’s Frictionless Finance strategy, working under the direction of senior team members
• Gather, validate, and organize key data from multiple sources to support Treasury calculations, cash management activities, compliance workflows, and project initiative.
• Identify data, process, and control gaps, and support automation and process‑improvement efforts across the Treasury function
• Support existing Treasury applications (e.g., cash management, payment platforms, risk management tools) to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and operational requirements
• Assist in maintaining Treasury technology systems and financial data used across liquidity, risk, cash forecasting, and other Treasury functions
• Use data analytics tools such as Alteryx or Python to support process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within Treasury
• Support the maintenance of global Treasury systems, data structures, and calculation logic, working closely with senior team members and cross‑functional partners
• Prepare supporting documentation, including process notes, testing evidence, workflow diagrams, and project status updates for internal stakeholders
• Perform other analyst‑level responsibilities within the Treasury Technology team as assigned

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Statistical Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• 4–6 years of experience in a multinational company with exposure to data analytics and/or Treasury technology
• Strong experience developing and maintaining Treasury Solutions with Alteryx, Python, Java, Groovy or similar — willingness and ability to learn new applications is essential
• Hands-on experience with Azure databases, Powershell, XML and SQL-based development is desirable
• Experience creating Power Apps and building SharePoint data structures with coded logic.
• Familiarity with Treasury operations, Treasury processes, or Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly with FIS Quantum, Trax, or EBAM is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, or Treasury governance frameworks is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
• A collaborative team player with a strong cross‑functional mindset and a can‑do attitude
• Eagerness to grow within a global technology environment and take on increasing responsibility over time
