Cyber Delivery Leader

Driving Excellence in Cybersecurity Solutions Delivery

Position Overview

The Cyber Delivery Leader is responsible for spearheading the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in cybersecurity, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering value to clients. The Cyber Delivery Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of security and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects, from planning and execution to completion and post-delivery support.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on cyber delivery matters, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Strong Presales and business development skills( RFP, Proposals, Orals etc..)
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing potential threats to security, timelines, and budgets.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize project delivery, balancing workloads across internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all solutions meet organizational standards and industry best practices for security, performance, and compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor project outcomes and client feedback, implementing process improvements and driving adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track key metrics, and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project delivery role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cybersecurity programs for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of cyber transformation (Identity & Access Management)  Cyber threats, risk management, Privacy, Third Party Risk Management, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001,GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in various Cyber technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Security and Google Security products 
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
