Job Title – DSA/DMA Sales Manager, Mortgages (SULB)
Grade – C3, C4
Location – PAN India
Reports to – Branch Business Manager, Mortgages (SULB)
Span Of Control – NA
Job Purpose :
To scout & empanel quality Direct Marketing Associates / Direct Sales Agents who are operating in the Mortgages space (Affordable & Prime)
To acquire customers through DMA/DSAs empanelled with MFL., by meeting them in person, uncovering latent needs and understanding the obvious wants, to support in the processing of their loan applications, and end to end support from sourcing till Collections of the customer loan account (for initial period of business acquisition up to 18 MOB).
Key Job Responsibilities
- 1. Empanelment of DSA/DMAs who are doing good business in the Mortgages & Business Loans space, with an eye on the Portfolio Quality
- 2. Month on month activation in terms of disbursements of the DMA/DSAs empanelled with us.
- 3. To Represent the Organisation to DMA/Customer and also the customer/DMA to the Organisation – like a Bridge connecting both ends.
- 4. To Actively weed out inactive / wrongly empanelled DMAs by doing constant market study, and self experience in terms of Collections / PDD support.
- 5. To Develop Excellent Rapport with Channel partners for REPEAT Business.
- 6. To work along DMA/DSAs to give doorstep service to customers at their resi/office.
- To Learn the Process & Policies of the Mortgage, and train DMA/DSAs to source files to suit as per the laid down policy
- 8. To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
- To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
- To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 18 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
- To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
- To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
- Retain existing live loan customers.

Role Requirements
Educational Qualification – Graduate
Experience – At least 2 years’ experience in working in Retail Assets especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property business. Exposure to Affordable segment preferred.
