Job Role Description

The Financials IT Specialist - Associate supports the delivery and maintenance of IT solutions by performing basic configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities. This role works under guidance to ensure system stability and data accuracy while developing foundational IT skills and learning core business processes and technologies. It contributes to small-scale enhancements and collaborates with IT teams and business users to resolve routine issues
Financials IT includes business capabilities such as Account Management, Tax Management, Treasury Management, Planning & Analysis, and Governance, Risk & Compliance

Job Role Responsibilities

- Troubleshoots and resolves routine system issues with guidance
- Assists with minor enhancements and small-scale IT projects
- Configures system components using predefined rules and performs basic data maintenance
- Participates in testing activities using predefined scripts and documents results
- Demonstrates basic understanding of supported business processes and related system functionality, data structures, and IT components
- Builds and maintains working relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
- Collaborates with IT teams and service providers to maintain system integrity and integration
