The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling -- delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization. 

We are seeking an email production expert on our team who would be responsible for the QA of all workflows and campaigns in Adobe Campaign before deployment. This role is responsible for translating campaign requirements into fully functional workflows and ensuring all campaigns meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and performance. This individual will also QA emails produced by other production specialists across the team, owning the validation process for email campaigns and workflows.  This role requires strong technical expertise, precision, and a high bar for quality. 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Development & Execution 

  • Build, configure, and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign based on defined requirements  
  • Translate campaign briefs into functional workflows, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and personalization logic  
  • Ensure campaigns are set up to execute accurately across lifecycle stages (batch and triggered sends)  
  • Ensure campaigns meet SLA requirements for delivery timelines and quality standards  
  • Monitor campaign setups for risks or inconsistencies prior to launch  
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of deployment or workflow issues 

Quality Assurance  

  • QA email campaigns and workflows across the team  
  • Execute comprehensive QA processes, including:  
  • Functional validation (logic, triggers, segmentation)  
  • Content accuracy (copy, links, personalization tokens)  
  • Rendering and responsiveness across devices and email clients 
  • Flag root causes of errors and recommend preventative measures to reduce recurring issues  

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with campaign managers and Owned Media team to clarify requirements and ensure readiness for execution  
  • Provide clear feedback on feasibility, dependencies, and timelines based on technical requirements  
  • Communicate QA findings and required fixes in a clear, actionable manner  

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • 4+ years experience in email marketing operations and development 
  • Experience of Adobe Campaign  
  • Experience of HTML/CSS 
  • Experience with Quality Assurance 

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience required. 
  • Experience with owning or contributing to QA processes for email or marketing automation programs 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Campaign workflow configuration, targeting, and deployment 
  • Working knowledge of: 
  • HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting 
  • Email rendering best practices across clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, mobile devices) 
  • Familiarity with personalization logic, dynamic content, and audience segmentation 
  • Experience using QA and testing tools (e.g., Litmus) is a plus 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality mindset 
  • Ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
