•This position is limited to graduates hired within the framework of the Graduate Program •This position belongs to Early career talents and will be tracked according to the standards in place in the region •Be enrolled in a Graduate Program aiming to accelerate the transformation of a graduate into a befitting and desired business role •Work in home country to receive on-the-job training and participate in technical and soft skills trainings face-to-face or remotely on a regular basis (i.e. on a quarterly basis) •Learn in a group with fellow graduates, as part of a team with other Arrow employees and alone on personal projects. •Be assigned practical work, work alongside experts in their field and support them with their daily tasks •Responsible for projects (individual and team) and develop innovative solutions that have an impact on what Arrow does as a business •Able to promote Arrow internally and externally •Gain a deep understanding of the role, develop the right mindset to perform the job, and be able to perform independently in the assigned position or a new position at the end of the Graduate Program •Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience •Works independently; receives minimal guidance •Acts as an informal resource for colleagues •Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data • Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions •A senior-level support roleLocation:
