Job Description: Storage & System Debug Engineer

Fresher / 1 Years Exp

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Storage & System Debug Engineer with a strong educational background in BSC Electronics or BE, IT. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of storage technologies, system-level debugging, and platform support. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support, analyze, and resolve system and storage-related issues in lab and production environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for understanding the Firmware Design and coming up with test cases
• Communicating the Requirements in a precise manner
• Developing test scripts and executing them on Hardware
• Debugging the failures coming from Regression
• Articulate the issue to the stake holders
• Ability to understand, debug the Firmware/Simulator code

Requirements:

• Hands-on in Python scripting and minimum 1 year industry experience
• Working Knowledge of any NAND product is desirable
• Low level firmware/software debug skills and any storage protocols are a plus
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, self-directed and ability to work well with people.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

 

• BE / BTech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or IT
• Relevant certifications in storage or systems are an added advantage
