• 3 years of experience in team management.
• Experience in C++, Go, Python, or Java.

• Experience in distributed systems, system design, relational databases, and cloud.
• Experience in distributed database management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performance team to foster growth and collaboration.
• Solve complex distributed systems challenges to ensure seamless migrations.
• Drive global impact by scaling Spanner adoption for businesses worldwide.
• Define strategy and technical direction for migration tooling.
• Partner with Principal Engineers and Executive Team Leads on core technical initiatives.
