Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap to guide the organization through change. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes, fostering innovation and operational excellence throughout the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate diverse technology solutions and optimize enterprise-wide processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to architecture initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to .NET technologies.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technology platforms and tools to meet business needs.
- Skilled in integrating various systems and services within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
