Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings, assets, and capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions that align closely with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions not only meet technical requirements but also drive maximum value and innovation. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering complex projects from conception through execution, ensuring seamless coordination across different teams and service towers.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive strategic planning and solution design to meet evolving client needs.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrated IT operations solutions.
- Experience in managing multi-service transformational projects with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical architectures.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
