JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Define solution architecture for application for an OBA as per enterprise standards and policies
- Alignment of applications to the enterprise strategic direction
- Technical SME for multiple technologies
- Adhere to the code standards and policy
- Support multiple application development projects
QUALIFICATION
- BE/ MCA
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience providing technical leadership for large‑scale, mission‑critical enterprise applications in complex, highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience as Primary Technology Owner for Data and Platform domains, with accountability for architecture standards, governance, and technical direction.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Data & Platform Integration
- Advanced expertise in enterprise data Platform and integration, including:
- Relational and non‑relational databases (SQL, NoSQL, distributed data platforms)
- Enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures
- ETL/ELT pipelines and data orchestration frameworks
- knowledge of cloud‑based data platforms on AWS and Azure, including architecture design, deployment, and operational models.
- Experience with integration including:
- API management platforms
- Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices
- Event‑driven and streaming architectures using Kafka or equivalent technologies
Healthcare Platform Experience
- Solid understanding of the U.S. health insurance ecosystem, with hands‑on experience supporting:
- Commercial insurance products
- Government‑regulated programs
- Large employer and federal programs
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare enterprise platforms, including:
- Customer/member, provider, and partner communication platforms
- Enterprise data, reporting, and advanced analytics ecosystems
Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, product teams, engineering, and operations.
