Job Title: Senior Developer / Technical lead (Full Stack: Application & Distributed Systems)

What you’ll build :

• Understand current and target technical strategy, product roadmaps and deliver solutions that are in-line with them.
• Lead & own topics by collaborating with Architects to design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, with emphasis on security, scalability, testability and maintainability.
• Coach team members to become proficient in development & quality processes, and technologies used in the team, thereby increasing expertise and productivity.
• Continuously improve designs and implementations along with contributing significantly to the technical road map
• Possess a DevOps mindset, including ownership of features from development through to deployment in production.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement mindset in the people and showcase innovation in deliverables.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues.

 

 

What you bring

 

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (full-time) from premier universities with good academic background
• 8-12 years of relevant experience with a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and innovative mind set.
• Proven track record in design and development of large scale distributed and highly concurrent applications using Java/JEE and related technologies.
• Expertise database programming, preferably Oracle – Complex SQL, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Query tuning, Execution plans, Indexes etc, is mandatory. Knowledge of SAP HANA Database is an added advantage.
• Expertise in Spring 3.0+, REST, OData, Kafka, ORM frameworks, iBatis preferable
• Strong frontend fundamentals using JavaScript and React, performance and accessibility awareness, API integration understanding
• Expertise in Unit Testing and TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Proficiency in OOAD, Design Patterns and anti-patterns
• Proficiency in SaaS, multi-tenancy, Splunk and any public cloud offering (Azure preferable)
• Working knowledge of Gen AI and development of features using LLM and Agentic AI.
• Proficient in using leveraging code based agents like Github copilot or Claude Sonet
• Working knowledge of Microservices, Domain Driven Design and DevOps is an added advantage.
• Proficient with Agile Methodologies
• Proficient with security principles like OWASP
• Thorough understanding of HTTP protocol including cookies, session persistence
