About the Delivery Team:

 

As we embark on a journey to be AI Ready at EY, the data office is driving a portfolio of transformational initiatives, focussed on the application of AI and Agentic capabilities to drive transformational value for the Data Office and EY.

 

 

Position Summary:

 

The Global Data Office Data team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced GDS leader to lead the delivery of a portfolio of Transformation initiatives.

 

As the Data Agent Delivery lead, this role will be instrumental to deliver the transformational change, working closely with EY’s AI Ready Transformation lead, bringing the ‘best’ of GDS delivery capability in terms of talent and assets, collaborating with Client Technology and SL data teams.

 

You will be a ‘hands on’ agentic data leader, passionate and energetic, exceptional technology & data skills combined with communication and stakeholder skills to navigate the complex stakeholder environment.

 

The role will require a combination of exceptional portfolio delivery mgmt. (covering a portfolio of AI Ready business programs), coupled with hands on delivery of ‘Data Agents’ that will underpin all the programs in the portfolio.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities of the Job:

 

• The Data Agent Delivery Lead will deliver change focussed on the following key priorities
• Adoption of data agent & agentic data stewardship capabilities across the full lifecycle of data, in partnership with our Data Stewardship Office
• AI Powered Data Office – leverage the Agentic Data Stewardship and TOM activities to transform all Data Office processes and operations. Specifically focussed on process and data products where Data Office has direct management and responsibility: external data acquisition, curation and consumption processes
• Establish a EY.ai Data Office Target Operate Model – to transform the data office target operate model, covering all aspects of DO operations (Vision, Process, Organisation, Tech, KPI, Experience) through collaboration and consultation across all Data Officers leadership. Taking an agile/incremental approach that tackles specific, target issues whilst developing and improving an overall TOM. Includes brokering across the CDO network on key terms to ensure at minimum all teams are aligned on the language of data.
• Collaboration with Service Line Data Officers to build a portfolio of service transformation initiatives that leverage the full range of AI Ready data capabilities to unlock X-SL data sharing, data products and innovation
• EY Client Zero – To represent AIRD Portfolio with the EY Client Zero design authority and program. Ensuring alignment across both AIRD and EYCZ portfolios’. Including establishing a Legal Entity Data Product, activation of Agentic Data Stewardship with Global Risk etc.
• Establish client service offerings for EY.ai Data Agents and EY.ai Data Office – leveraging all aspects of AIRD Transformation responsibilities to develop two new client offerings. Working with the EY Solution team to activate in the market.
• Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
• Selecting, hiring and retaining all delivery resources aligned to the portfolio
• Day to day delivery execution across the portfolio
• Delivery related risk and issues
• Thought leadership on Agentic Data capabilities

 

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

 

• Excellent business acumen to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrable skills with AI and Agentic capabilities – fluent in all aspects of agentic tools, platforms and capabilities
• Demonstrable skills with across the data management lifecycle – including data quality, data modelling, data engineering etc
• Proven experience delivering large scale data centric programs
• Proven experience build/developing high performing teams, with a focus on recruiting & retaining leading edge talent

 

 

Education & Experience:

 

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science, maths or engineering.
• Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
• 10 years experience in data and technology delivery for enterprise scale organizations
• Consulting experience highly preferable
