Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research. Generate leads and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages over competitors. Effectively communicate the value proposition to influence purchasing decisions.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company. Close sales deals in accordance with predetermined targets and timelines.
  5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
  6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  7. Collaboration and Teamwork: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to support sales efforts and address customer needs effectively.
  8. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-study.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software .
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.



Work Environment:

  • This role involves frequent travel within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate customer meetings and sales events.
