Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research. Generate leads and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages over competitors. Effectively communicate the value proposition to influence purchasing decisions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company. Close sales deals in accordance with predetermined targets and timelines.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to support sales efforts and address customer needs effectively.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software .
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Work Environment:
- This role involves frequent travel within the assigned geographic territory.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate customer meetings and sales events.
