Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Technology Manager with extensive experience in the Asset Management sectors. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in technology project management, product management, data engineering skills, along with a strong understanding of AI techniques. This role requires a techno-functional expert who can effectively collaborate with finance executives and technology partners to develop scalable solutions that address business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• A skilled Technical Manager with more than 10 years of work experience who can effectively collaborate with finance executives and technology partners to develop scalable solutions that address mission, purpose and objectives of an organization.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and financial reporting processes in Asset Management sector.
• Manage larger teams consisting of functional and technology team members, cross collaboration with various ecosystems within an organization.
• Utilize expertise in Python, Databricks, Spark, and PySpark to build and optimize data processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience on databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Utilize hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, including Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, DevOps processes, Azure DevOps Services to develop and deploy cloud-based solutions.
• Should have experience in ADO to track the user stories and project status. Looking for ambassadorship to drive ADO adoption across the broader team.
• Apply knowledge of AI techniques, including Microsoft Azure Doc Intelligence, and Generative AI Techniques, to enhance product development.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that add value to the organization.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, demonstrating leadership skills and a commitment to working as one team.
• Navigate ambiguity with a positive attitude, striving for excellence and implementing best practices.
• Understand user problems, empathize with their needs, and provide innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
• Understand and apply Azure cloud service models, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, to meet organizational needs.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a desire to add value in product development.
