Job Summary
Synechron is looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The role involves building robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot, alongside creating dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React. The successful candidate will contribute to digital transformation initiatives by delivering high-performance, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Extensive experience with Java (version 8+), Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE for backend development

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular (version 10+), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

  • Demonstrated experience with RESTful API development and consumption

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB

  • Experience with version control using Git

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

• Preferred:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and scalability

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or Enzyme

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX teams, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code in Java and JavaScript, following industry best practices.

• Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and web services to support application features.

• Optimize application performance, stability, and security across all tiers.

• Support deployment pipelines, environment setups, and automation processes in CI/CD environments.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning and security enhancements.

• Stay updated on new technologies and industry standards, and incorporate relevant best practices into ongoing projects.

Experience Requirements

• Deep understanding of secure coding, application performance tuning, and scalable system design.

• Experience working in Agile teams and managing full project life cycles in fast-paced environments.

• Industry experience in finance, banking, or enterprise software is a plus.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and enhance backend services in Java, ensuring responsiveness, scalability, and security.

• Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using Angular or React, following UI/UX best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and plan sprints.

• Conduct code reviews, optimize application workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.

• Support continuous integration, automated deployment, and environment management.

• Document system architecture, APIs, UI components, and deployment procedures for ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack Java and JavaScript development.

• Certifications in cloud technologies or modern development frameworks are advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
