Full-Stack Developer (.NET, React, AWS)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build, enhance, and support scalable web applications using .NET/C#, React, and AWS. This role contributes to end-to-end software delivery, from design and development through deployment and production support, helping deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing digital solutions.

Software Requirements

Required

• .NET 6/7+, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework

• React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

• AWS: hands-on experience with at least 3–4 of the following: Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch

• SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with NoSQL

• Docker, Git

• CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins

• Security implementation using OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS

Preferred

• Redux

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems

• Experience with observability, performance tuning, and deployment automation

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and React

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services

• Implement and manage AWS-based application components

• Create clean, testable, and maintainable code

• Build responsive UI components using React and TypeScript

• Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines

• Optimize SQL/NoSQL data access and application performance

• Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause resolution

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and engineering improvement efforts

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development or related software engineering roles

• Strong experience with .NET/C# backend and React frontend

• Experience developing REST APIs, working with AWS, and supporting production applications

• Experience with relational databases and familiarity with NoSQL

• Equivalent combinations of practical experience will also be considered

Day-to-Day Activities

• Build frontend and backend features

• Develop APIs and integrations

• Participate in sprint planning, standups, code reviews, and design discussions

• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams

• Support deployments, monitor application performance, and resolve issues

• Produce technical documentation and implementation updates

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

• AWS or related technical certifications

• Ongoing learning in cloud, security, and modern development practices
