About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing web and/or mobile applications, building backend services, and working with modern development frameworks.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications that support enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Work on mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Assist in deploying and monitoring applications in development and production environments.
• Contribute to system performance optimization, reliability, and scalability initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in React Native ,Python.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as:
o JavaScript
o TypeScript
o React.js
o HTML5
o CSS3

• Hands-on experience with React Native or Flutter for mobile application development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience using Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js, or similar backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
