Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries related to front-end development.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with backend development concepts and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and agile software development methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
