Job Description:

Role:Full Stack Lead React + Node + Redux

Years of Exp: 5-9 Years

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
2. Architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions using React, Node, and Redux for both front-end and back-end development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX/UI designers, to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
4. Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
6. Utilize Elasticsearch for efficient data retrieval, search, and analysis.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to resolve issues and enhance performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (5-9 years) in full-stack development with expertise in React, Node, and Redux.
3. Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
4. Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
5. Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
6. Knowledge of front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Ability to lead and inspire a development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
