• Primary skills:Technology->Finacle-Core-Payments->Excess Management->Advance • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on GCP aligned with business and architectural standards. • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cloud-native designs and implementation plans. • Provide hands-on technical leadership across GCP services (compute, storage, networking, databases, IAM, monitoring) throughout the project lifecycle. • Define and enforce best practices for GCP usage, including security, compliance, cost optimization, performance, and reliability. • Review solution designs, code, and infrastructure configurations to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards. • Troubleshoot complex issues in GCP environments and drive root cause analysis and long-term remediation. • Mentor and guide team members on GCP concepts, patterns, and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Contribute to reusable templates, reference architectures, and automation to accelerate GCP adoption across teams. • Partner with stakeholders to plan migrations, modernizations, and optimizations of existing workloads to GCP. • Prepare and present technical documentation, design proposals, and status updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
