Job Description:

   

In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. This is how we work to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. By gathering and analysing financial data we can influence decisions within the business, drive initiatives, and help ensure alignment with our wider objectives

What you’ll do:

    Program & Delivery Leadership

    • Build and own the end-to-end program management framework for the Global Procurement transformation: scope, roadmap, integrated master schedule, milestones, and governance model.
    • Drive execution across a portfolio of initiatives spanning the GP transformation journey
    • Establish and run delivery operating rhythm: weekly progress reviews, RAID management, dependency tracking, action management, and decision logs.

    Cross-Functional Coordination & Dependency Management

    • Lead cross-functional planning and coordination with critical partners (e.g., IT and Finance/Accounts Payable) to manage dependencies such as ERP/configuration, catalogs, reporting, controls, integrations, and adoption planning.
    • Coordinate work required for governance reviews and approvals (including AI / software governance council involvement referenced in transformation planning).
    • Enable effective real-time collaboration with transformation leadership

    Execution of Priority FY26 Transformation Work

    • Support delivery of FY26 transformation plan items such as Augmented Business Intake, Quick Wins through gamification, PO Reduction, and other identified initiatives, including timeline and dependency management.
    • Drive structured planning for vendor evaluation and implementation activities where applicable

    Stakeholder Management & Executive Communications

    • Prepare crisp, executive-ready materials: status, risks, decisions required, milestone progress, and next steps for leadership reviews.
    • Proactively surface trade-offs and recommendations to keep delivery on track and aligned to transformation value objectives (e.g., improved compliance, stakeholder experience, and faster execution).

    Education and Experience:

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven, senior-level experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution (portfolio/project management depth expected at “Master” level).
    • Demonstrated ability to build program structure: integrated plans, governance, RAID management, and executive reporting.
    • Strong stakeholder leadership across global teams and functions, with ability to drive alignment and execution across competing priorities.
    • Experience delivering process and/or technology-enabled transformation (procurement, finance operations, shared services, or enterprise functions).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process areas
    • Experience partnering with enterprise systems and integrations relevant to procurement execution (e.g., procurement platforms and adjacent enterprise tools referenced in transformation planning).
    • Change management and adoption planning experience for global rollouts.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Program governance & execution rigor (RAID, dependency management, milestone control)
    • Executive communication and influence (clear status, options, and decision framing)
    • Structured problem solving; ability to translate ambiguity into executable plans
    • Cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder navigation across global procurement environment
