What you will do:
Order Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the order management process (Order Booking and change orders) for networking services.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in order entry, validation, processing & fulfillment
- Manage complex orders involving configurations, contracts & renewals
- Assist / Operationalize order queues and resolve bottlenecks to meet SLAs
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor & manage a team of order management specialists
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success (Specific on Networking)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, CX&O, Finance and Technical Support teams (Including IT)
- Liaise with partners, Internal Aruba TM’s, Sales, customers to resolve order-related issues
- Ensure alignment with global processes and policies
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements (ICM, OPAL etc.)
- Drive automation initiatives and partner with Business Operations + PM’s
- Standardize workflows to enhance operational efficiency – Order bookings, Business Controls and compliance checks.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
- Manage audit readiness and documentation for order transactions – Business Controls.
- Address risks related to contracts and order acceptance.
Customer Experience
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Address and resolve escalations related to order delays, billing or discrepancies
Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy and turnaround time
What you need to bring :-
Education and Experience Required:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in a business related function, preferably sales, finance, or accounting.
- Typically 2-4 years of people management experience.
