Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant - Working closely with client and market unit teams to drive the adoption, optimization, and iteration of the Salesforce platform spanning across Sales, Service and Marketing and accelerate business change, leveraging multiple integrations and technologies.
Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies and drive design and discovery workshops with the client,
Knowledge and implementation experience of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Communications Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Vlocity/Salesforce - EPC/ CQP/CLM/OM, Einstein Analytics, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Aura, Configuration, customization, triggers, process builders, flows, object models, Salesforce Integration and good configuration experience etc.
The Salesforce consultant should be able to help develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and deployment for the platform.
Using problem-solving ability, and creative flair, the Salesforce Consultant should be able to design, validate, deliver, and maintain the client Salesforce ecosystem to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business and recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase adoption of the platform.
Support delivery of large complex project implementations as a Salesforce consultant across Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Post-Implementation Phases.
Salesforce Certification will be preferred such as Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant , Service Cloud consultant, CPQ specialist, Experience Cloud consultant etc.
Digital Transformation - Proven experience in Strategy, Innovation and Digital initiatives across Digital Maturity models, CSPs Operating model, Innovation Barometers, Intelligent operations for CSPs and other related areas
Business Strategy - Leading/managing strategic initiatives and develop project plans, frame, and conduct insightful analyses, identify solutions, and develop business cases and implementation plans for CSPs across the globe
Transformation & Project Governance - Drive profitability and continued success though managing service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across projects/ programs/portfolios of all scale
Should understand lean concepts and hands-on experience in delivering technology-driven business transformation projects using agile practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
Should have fundamental knowledge on various BSS modules such as CRM, Order Management, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, etc.
Experience in agile related tools like JIRA Confluence/Rally/MS Projects/VersionOne is must.
Optimize Delivery Process - Ability to direct the team in execution and to assist with the delivery approach. Continuous optimization of the existing delivery processes.
Sales Support - Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.
Participate in pre-sales activities including response to RFPs, creating proofs of concept, creating effective presentations, demonstrating solutions during client orals, effort, and cost estimation process, etc.
Process Improvement - Understand issues with the current processes which can be resolved either through technology or process solutions and design detail level to-be process with all stakeholders.
Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform support.
Communication and Presentation - Plan and deliver well-structured oral and written communications
Structured Problem Solving - Help identify and structure key client challenges into hypotheses and conduct analyses to address the challenges
Stakeholder Management - Manage mid-level to senior client leadership and lead conversations.
Ability to work and manage multiple stakeholders and product owner to gather project requirements and facilitate process analysis.
Perform activities such as conducting regular demos to all the relevant stakeholders, supporting implementation activities etc.
Business Analysis - Propose solutions to the client based on gap analysis for the existing Telco platforms
Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement gathering and definition), create business process flows and functional designs based on functional requirements –thereby acting as an interface between business and technology teams
Creating integration design, application design and configuration.
Experience in the role of Functional Business Analyst, Product Owners, Process Designers, Service Designers, Scrum Masters
Impeccable team management skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
Strong project and program management skills
Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
