Position: Golang Developer 

Experience: 3-8 years Location

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to gather and understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions using the Go programming language.
3. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
4. Participate in architecture discussions, suggesting improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance and maintainability.
5. Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and other communication protocols to enable seamless interactions between different components and services.
6. Utilize your expertise in Go to optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
7. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications in various environments.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Go ecosystem and proactively recommend suitable solutions for current and future projects.
9. Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
10. Maintain a strong focus on security throughout the development lifecycle, implementing best practices to safeguard sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience of 3-8 years in software development, with a significant portion of that experience focused on Golang.
3. Strong proficiency in the Go programming language, including its core concepts, packages, and tools.
4. Experience with concurrent programming and building scalable, high-performance applications.
5. Familiarity with software design principles, architectural patterns, and coding best practices.
6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their implementation for seamless integration.
7. Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges.
9. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
