What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Role Summary The Presentation Specialist is responsible for developing high-impact, client-facing sales presentations, and branded visual assets that support sales opportunities. The role partners closely with Sales, Response Management, and subject matter experts to translate strategic messaging, value propositions, and data into compelling, visually cohesive presentation materials. This role ensures brand consistency, visual excellence, and storytelling clarity across all client-facing sales content. Key Accountabilities • Sales Presentation Development: Design and build client-ready presentations for prospect pitches, client renewals, executive briefings, and strategic pursuits, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and visual impact. • Brand Governance & Quality Control: Ensure all presentation materials adhere to brand guidelines, tone, formatting standards, and visual identity requirements across regions and business lines. • Data Visualization & Insights Design: Convert workforce analytics, KPIs, case studies, and performance data into clean, executive-level charts, graphics, and infographics that strengthen credibility and impact. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Directors, BDMs, Response Management, and other SMEs to gather inputs and refine messaging into polished presentation deliverables. • Content Library & Assets: Maintain a centralized repository of approved slides, case studies, proof points, testimonials, and visual assets to drive re-use and efficiency (Highspot or move from Implementation SharePoint site). • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to elevate presentation standards through new design techniques, visual frameworks, and digital tools to improve win rates and client engagement. • Template & Brand Asset Maintenance: Ensure all templates that are stored are the most up-to-date, standardized presentation templates, slide libraries, iconography, and visual frameworks from Global, aligned to brand standards.
