Roles and Responsibilities:

Description: Responsibilities may include manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support with data analytics & visualization for local and global teams             
• Maintain dashboards for probes
• Monitoring supplier performance for Quality, Cost & Delivery.
• Co-ordination with Global team & local team for executing sourcing actions.
• Identify funnels, opportunities for localization/transfer .
• RFQ/RFP with supplier and Total cost of ownership analysis.
• Price analysis with costed BOMs .
• Support Negotiations for productivity.
• Participation in VA/VE with Engg. for better cost out.
• Support for Vitality Analysis for PWA.
• Support in implementing engineering changes at supplier and manufacturing site .
• Analyse costed bill of materials of products
• Support with onboarding new supplier via discussion
• Support with for Disruptive cost workout with supplier /data analytics
• Co-ordinate with Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Materials, Engineering for sourcing actions

Required Skill Sets

• Soft Skills -Good Communicative skills both verbal & written preferably in English
• Good  Interpersonal skills & team player
• Advance knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Power BI
• Able to manage remote interaction with global teams independently
• Good expertise with MS Office

• Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Medical Electronics / Bio Medical / Telecom / Instrumentation from accredited institution
• 0-1years of related manufacturing experience
