Support mobile development tooling integrations including Apple and Google developer console environments
Develop and maintain automation scripts, configuration templates, and reusable tooling patterns to support development teams
Maintain platform reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of tooling incidents affecting engineering teams
Support incident triage, problem management, and root cause analysis for development platform issues
Execute platform changes through controlled change and release processes
Work with security, architecture, and engineering teams to implement approved platform configurations and controls
Maintain documentation, platform runbooks, and operational support procedures
Support audit and governance activities by maintaining traceability of configuration and access controls across development tooling platforms
Collaborate effectively with platform teams, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers within a multi-supplier operating environment

Strong hands-on experience operating enterprise development tooling platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar DevOps toolchains
Experience managing CI/CD platforms and supporting software delivery pipelines in enterprise environments
Practical knowledge of container tooling including Docker
Experience working with infrastructure automation tooling such as Terraform, Atlantis, or similar platforms
