Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall Web Application development solutions within their scope. This role entails both Back-end, Front-end as well as supporting DevSec Ops and Cloud deployment activities. and could also focus on Mobile solutions.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with leverage integration needs. Partner with back-end teams to support integration strategy to leverage key data digitally within ADM
• Ability to leverage and promote Web and Mobile application creation strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns and conventions.
• Educate, provide oversight and coaching to team members as well as partners.
• Monitor application design and ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
• Be on the watch and future ready to set ADM at the best level at all times.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent with a minimum 5+ years of job experience in IT.
• 7+ years of experience with one or more modern Front-End frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.). React JS being preferred
• 7+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML.
• Experience with Back-end frameworks (.Net, Java, Python) and Databases (SqlServer, Oracle, PostGreSQL, mariaDB, Mongo, Cosmos). .Net Core / SqlServer experience being preferred
• 5+ years of experience with leveraging DevSecOps CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, DevOps, Github).
• 5+ years of experience with Git related source control best practices. 
• Knowledge of Web Services, XML, XSD, SOAP, JSON, REST, OPENAPI and ODATA Services.
• Knowledge of Security Standards - SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, OAuth etc.,
• Knowledge of major communication protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, TCPIP, JDBC, JMS etc.
• Knowledge of Services Oriented Architectures, RESTful Interfaces & Enterprise Application Patterns.
• Relevant Technical architect background in cloud-based solution/services to provide application delivery into cloud environment, Azure being preferred
• Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript
• Knowledge of / familiarity with Design Systems & Atomic Design principles
• Knowledge of scalable architecture methodologies & software design principles
• Knowledge of Git (or TFS) related source control best practices. 
• Experience working in close collaboration with designers and good understanding of visual / interaction design principles
• Knowledge of Services Oriented Architectures, RESTful Interfaces & Enterprise Application Patterns
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud technologies and/or application development platforms including PaaS, IaaS, Containers, Serverless Computing, APIs, Microservices and DevOps.
• Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver artifacts
• Familiarity with web performance best practices
• Experience setting up / writing unit, integration, and end to end tests
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, and passion to deliver quality solutions both individually and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration, and open communication Knowledge of the principles & patterns of Agile software development
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives – 10-15%
• Experience with an ITSM (e.g. Service Now) and backlog management tools (e.g. DevOps, Jira). 
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and tools (e.g. Figma).
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g. WCAG).
• Knowledge of Compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, SOX) and related design principles.
