We are currently seeking a Guidewire Jutro Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced Jutro / React Developer with a strong background in modern front-end engineering and hands-on experience in developing Guidewire Digital applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ReactJS, Jutro framework, JavaScript, and related UI technologies, along with a solid understanding of Guidewire (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter) integration patterns. This role will involve application development, integration, deployment workflows, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Required Technical Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, SASS, and modern frontend ecosystems.
Strong experience working with Jutro framework for Guidewire digital products.Expertise in component-driven development and UI/UX best practices.
Experience implementing deployment tools, CI/CD pipelines, and integration workflows.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration with backend systems.

Guidewire-Specific Skills

Experience in digital implementations for Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
Familiarity with Guidewire architecture, data models, and integration patterns in enterprise environments.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Guidewire updates, tools, and product features.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.Experience in insurance domain or Guidewire certifications (Digital Developer, Associate, etc.) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front‑end applications using ReactJS and Jutro framework.
Build reusable UI components, templates, and design systems aligned with Jutro standards.Implement integrations, workflows, and deployment pipelines for digital applications.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and Guidewire services.
Optimize UI performance, responsiveness, and code quality.
Configure and support Guidewire Digital experiences for PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Guidewire digital ecosystem.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
Quickly learn and adapt to new Guidewire features and front-end technologies.
