The candidate will support client engagements across Learning and Development workstream in the Human Capital Advisory practice. The candidate should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with clients and onshore project team.
The key responsibilities include executing the training plan and leading the development of training assets by providing guidance and coaching throughout the implementation. This includes leading and/or supporting the Learning Needs Analysis phase, as well as the Learning Strategy and Learning Plan creation. As part of the role, they will lead the development of learning curricula, manage the development of learning templates, and oversee the design and development iterations of learning assets.
This role will also serve in an advisory capacity to the overall program, to set the direction, provide guidance, and oversee learning activities and deliverables throughout all phases of the implementation. This includes consulting with and offering guidance on learning logistics, learning tool selection, and leading discussions of learning needs.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, including training strategy.
- Responsible for the overall development and delivery of curriculum and the creation and delivery of identified training needs
- Engage with business leaders to address skills gaps, organizational transitions, and align training processes to business goals
- Collaborate with different internal and client stakeholders to design and develop training curriculum, course content, and materials using instructional design methodologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs, measure results, and implement improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage organizational change through the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Work alongside Functional Leads and SMEs to capture detailed steps for executing specific role-based tasks (Job aids, micro-videos, demos)
- Provide training to new and existing trainers by facilitating Train-The-Trainer workshops, as needed
- Expert knowledge of training, coaching and performance management methodologies
- Track training data and analyze training metrics
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and consultants and evaluate their offerings
- MBA HR or equivalent Post Graduate degree, from an accredited college/university
- 10+ years of experience working in the field of Learning Design, managing Learning transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
