Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to maintain high food quality and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations
  • Create and update menus
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Control food costs and minimize wastage
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Manage inventory and supplier coordination
  • Handle kitchen scheduling and staff management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Previous experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in menu development and cost control
