Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience working with advertisement technology products and the online advertising industry.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• 15 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
• 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 15 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
• 15 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.

The measurement insights and data sciences (MID) hub is a global centralized team dedicated to moving Google's most important measurement products forward with quality and velocity. The measurement foundations team focuses on ensuring customers have the right measurement foundations and data in place to ensure that advertisers and partners understand the full value of Google media. This team works across all Large Customer Sales (LCS) customers Tier 1/Tier 2 and is a crucial piece of the flywheel leveraging vendors, automation and AI. Responsibilities

• Guide a team of Technical Solution Consultants and managers responsible for delivering measurement readiness/foundations solutions in the area of marketing measurement and marketing portfolio management.
• Develop a measurement readiness or foundations road map for your team that aligns with business strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Establish project goals, align a person's expectations, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in-line with the objectives.
• Provide investigative thought leadership in the areas of Measurement through proactive contributions.
• Influence stakeholders through presentations and written communication.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to increase and optimize capabilities of the measurement team, employing methods which create opportunities for scale, and help to motivate innovation.
