What would you do? This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? Join our dynamic HR Solutions team as a Tier 1 Workday Transaction Analyst! You’ll be the first point of contact for Workday-related HR transactions, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing for our employees. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and have a knack for detail, this is the role for you. • Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.). • Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency. • Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions. • Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required. • Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits. • Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance. • Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects.
