The Consumer Insight Senior Analyst (L10) will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making for Brand Marketing. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights, building scalable reporting solutions, and supporting campaign effectiveness measurement through advanced analytics and visualization.
What are we looking for? • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions • Attention to detail with focus on data quality and governance • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, data engineering, strategy) • Strong written and communication skill • Advanced SQL for data extraction and transformation • Experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement • Exposure to campaign analytics, digital marketing metrics • 3–4 years of experience in marketing analytics & insights • Experience working with large datasets and marketing performance data • Experience working with campaign data, advertiser metrics, or marketing datasets preferred • Exposure to retail or media analytics environments is a strong advantage • Proficiency in BI tools Power BI. Tableau (Preferred) • Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling (preferred) • Market research experience is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • Generate actionable insights using customer and behavioral datasets • Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies • Create clear, concise executive reporting packs • Translate complex data into simple, business-friendly narratives • Build, maintain, and enhance marketing performance dashboards across channels • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for business stakeholders • Analyze campaign effectiveness across paid, owned, and earned channels • Identify performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and ROI insights • Partner with marketing teams to provide analytics inputs for planning and forecasting • Support test-and-learn frameworks and measurement roadmaps • Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort • Enable self-service analytics through scalable BI tools
