Responsibilities
Review of projects submitted by various line departments viz., Forest, Agriculture and Allied departments for approval under the KMERC;
Monitor projects taken up under CEPMIZ, to ensure quality and quantity, whether as per sanction.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Identify data requirements and the data sources for monitoring of the program
Scorecard development and analysis
Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output
Development of Comprehensive framework for monitoring and implementation of projects
Monitoring and evaluation of Project outcomes
Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects by identifying bottlenecks requiring resolution;
Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system
Following of concurrent monitoring of implementation by all the Implementation agencies;
Review of end of project evaluation by various implementing agencies;
Review of TOR for evaluation & monitoring in various projects proposed by IAs;
Deploying various innovative tools for effective M&E.
