Job Description & Summary 

Objective of the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) & SAP C4C Consultant with 3–7 years of functional/techno-functional experience to support implementation, solution design, enhancements, and enduser enablement across SAP’s cloud ERP and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong process understanding, handson configuration experience, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders. 

 

*Responsibilities: 

1. SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) 

• Lead or support endtoend implementations across one or more modules such as:  

• Finance (FI) 

• Supply Chain / Logistics 

• Procurement 

• Inventory & Warehouse 

• Project Management 

• CRM / Sales 

• Production / MRP 

• Perform solution design, configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), cutover, and golive support. 

• Analyze business requirements and map them to ByD capabilities. 

• Create functional specifications for integrations, custom forms, and reports. 

• Support data migration activities (templates, validation, loading). 

• Deliver postgolive support and continuous improvement. 

2. SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) 

• Configure C4C modules including:  

• Sales Cloud 

• Service Cloud 

• Ticketing & workflows 

• Opportunity management 

• Visit planning & route management 

• Set up workflows, business rules, UI enhancements, and analytics. 

• Support integration between C4C and ByD / S4HANA / external systems. 

• Conduct end-user training, documentation, and KT sessions. 

3. Technical & Integration 

• Collaborate with technical teams on:  

• Web services (OData/SOAP) 

• Middleware (CPI/Integration Suite) 

• Custom reports (KPI dashboards, data sources) 

• Forms (Adobe LiveCycle / ByD forms) 

• Participate in solution architecture and system design discussions. 

4. CrossFunctional Collaboration 

• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery. 

• Conduct workshops for requirements gathering and solution validation. 

• Help define system best practices and process improvements. 

 

Mandatory Skill sets: SAP ByD, SAP C4C, Implementation 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

•  3–7 years total experience, with at least:  

2+ years in SAP ByD, and 

1+ years in SAP C4C. 

•  Strong functional knowledge of ERP processes:  

Order-to-Cash (O2C) 

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) 

Plan-to-Produce (P2P) 

Record-to-Report (R2R) 

Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) 

•  Hands-on configuration in ByD work centers.  

•  Experience with test cycles, data migration, and go live activities.  

•  Good understanding of SAP cloud data models.  

•  Ability to write functional specs and work with integration teams.  

•  Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
