Job Description & Summary 

A career within ITFT Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences. 

*Responsibilities: 

  • Agile program delivery and project management 

  • Ability to influence without authority 

  • Ability to work autonomously and lead teams 

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with Sr Leaders, stakeholders, team members, and vendors 

  • Ability to provide clear and concise updates on program status and address any concerns 

  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact the successful delivery of the program. 

  • Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure that risks are managed proactively. 

 

*Mandatory skill sets 

• Enterprise level Agile experience 

 

*Preferred skill sets 

• Certification in PSM/PMI ACP/ICP ACC or any other globally accepted 

Agile/Scrum certifications desirable. 

 

*Years of experience required 

• 6-15 years of experience 

 

*Education Qualification 

• BE/BTech /MBA
