Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This is a full-time position requiring a strong technical background in Azure DevOps, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and contribute to project delivery.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support and contribute to end-to-end DevOps activities, ensuring stable and efficient environments. 

  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to implement and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. 

  • Assist in designing and executing DevOps initiatives aligned with project and organizational objectives. 

  • Monitor and optimize DevOps processes to improve performance, reliability, and scalability. 

  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth deployments. 

  • Follow and promote DevOps best practices, security guidelines, and industry standards. 

  • Provide regular updates to leads and stakeholders on assigned tasks and project progress. 

  • Support knowledge sharing within the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

Experience & Qualifications 

  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience in DevOps, with strong hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps. 

  • Experience working on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-based DevOps solutions. 

  • Exposure to designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps infrastructure. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
