Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• • Design, architect, and implement enterprise automation solutions for operational and business requirements. 

  • Build and maintain cloud-native platforms and automation frameworks across AWS and Azure environments. 

  • Design and implement serverless and event-driven architectures using cloud-native services. 

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management solutions. 

  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines for platform, application, and automation deployments. 

  • Develop automation solutions using Python, Shell Scripting, APIs, and cloud services. 

  • Manage platform operations, system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability initiatives. 

  • Evaluate business problems, create proof-of-concepts, recommend technical solutions, and drive implementation through production deployment. 

  • Design and implement AI-enabled automation solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, cloud AI services, and intelligent workflows. 

  • Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and operational reporting solutions. 

  • Support cloud governance, security, performance optimization, and cost optimization initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform solutions.

• Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, indexing, forwarders, search heads, and deployment management. 

• Experience creating: 

• Correlation searches 

• KPIs 

• Service analyzers 

• Notable event aggregations 

• ITSI dashboards and glass tables 

• Good understanding of SPL (Search Processing Language). 

• Experience troubleshooting Splunk ingestion and search-related issues. 

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
