Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Services Sales
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and support services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and position Salesforce solutions effectively.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions that address client requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of Salesforce services across multiple industry verticals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
Stay current with Salesforce product developments, new features, and industry best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
Liason with internal stakeholders to identify new Salesforce but existing PwC customers.
Work with project managers and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful project kickoff post-sale.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline.
Forecast and manage revenue with a razor sharp focus on collections.
Mandatory skill sets:
Past experience in Big Four and relationships in GCCs will be an advantage.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or consulting services, with a focus on Salesforce.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and technology solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery resources.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and its application across different industries is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
Preferred skill sets:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5-10 years of solution consulting, delivery, pre & sales experience on CRM solutions
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Ranger badge, Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional) are a plus.
