SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) is SAP's cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, combining sales and service functions (SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) to manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and improve engagement across sales, marketing, and service teams, accessible on any device with a mobile-first, user-friendly SAP Fiori interface. It's a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering that integrates with backend systems like SAP ERP, providing a unified view of the customer and features for account management, opportunity tracking, social media integration, and real-time analytics.  

Key Features & Components 

• Modules: Includes SAP Cloud for Sales (opportunity, account management, pipeline) and SAP Cloud for Service (case management, support). 

• Mobile-First: 

 Designed for easy access and use on mobile devices for field sales and service reps 

. 

• User Experience: Built on SAP's Fiori design principles for simplicity and ease of use. 

• Integration: Connects with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) and other enterprise systems (ERP, email clients like Outlook).
