Responsibilities:

Role Summary:
We
are seeking a strategic and execution-focused professional to lead digital transformation initiatives across renewable energy and manufacturing domains. The role involves driving product strategy, optimizing processes, and integrating technologies to deliver intelligent, scalable, and sustainable solutions across IPPs, and OEMs

Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the digital transformation roadmap for RE plants, Solar PV manufacturing, BESS, and GH2/electrolyser
Identify and evaluate digital opportunities across renewable energy
Conduct market research and technology assessments to inform product strategy, innovation and competitive differentiation.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and digital solution architectures
Promote agile ways of working through rapid prototyping, iterative development, and cross-functional collaboration
Lead shop floor assessments in manufacturing environments to identify gaps in traceability, quality, maintenance, and production processes.
Design future-state workflows and digital solutions to enhance process efficiency, product profitability, and operational transparency
Integrate smart sensors, RFID/barcoding, and machine vision systems for real- time quality and traceability
Identify use cases and integrate IoT, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital twin technologies into product offerings.
Drive predictive maintenance, energy yield forecasting, and anomaly detection for BESS and electrolyser systems.

Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, SCADA, EMS, and MES for unified data flow across planning, operations, and reporting.
Analytics and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or Python) to enable data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
Support teams in identifying operational bottlenecks, tracking sustainability metrics (e.g., carbon intensity, energy efficiency), and improving asset utilization.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and align on solution design.
Develop business cases for digital interventions across energy and manufacturing value chains.
Champion change management initiatives to drive digital adoption, build digital capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Product Management is a plus.
1012 years of experience in product management and process improvement preferably in solar manufacturing, utilities, or digital transformation.
Proven track record of launching successful digital products in complex environments.
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and emerging technologies
