   GenAI Integration Engineer 

Work Experience: 

• Design, develop, test and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Flask/ Django delivering high performance APIs. 

• Experienced Python Developer with experience in integrating ML workflows. 

• Familiarity with advanced Python frameworks, libraries, and development tools. 

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, open-source models) for enterprise use cases 

• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen with function calling and tool use 

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and hybrid retrieval pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector) 

• Integrate third-party APIs and services 

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability 

Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required 

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x & ML Frameworks PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost; fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT) 

• Integrate with various databases (e.g., Cosmos DB,) and message queues (e.g., Kafka, eventhub) for seamless backend operations. 

• Experience in one or more Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) 

• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like pytest and unit test to ensure code quality and reliability. 

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and managing Python services. 

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, aiohttp) and event-driven architectures. 

• Strong skill in PySpark for large-scale data processing will get priority. 

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design principles 

• Proficient in using version control systems like Git 

• Must have: 

• Python, Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 

• Nice to have: 

• RESTful API design and implementation, testing tools: pytest or similar, understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems, Exposure to machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow. 

Qualifications 

• BTEC/MTEC/MCA degree in computer science/electrical/ETCE 

• Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI / LLM applications in production 

• Azure or AWS Certifications is a plus.
