We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Primary Skillset: .NET Fullstack Development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end full stack applications using .NET technologies
• Build robust backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using Angular / React / Blazor / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role‑based access controls
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code following best practices

Required Primary Skills

• Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API)
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC, and Microservices
• Experience with SQL Server / relational databases and ORMs (Entity Framework)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

Secondary Skillset: Python, Cloud & Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python‑based services, scripts, or data pipelines
• Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Contribute to AI‑powered or intelligent systems, including Agentic AI workflows
• Integrate AI/ML models or LLM‑based agents into enterprise applications
• Work with cloud‑native services such as containers, serverless, and managed databases
• Support automation, orchestration, and intelligent decision‑making capabilities

Required Secondary Skills

• Working knowledge of Python for backend services, automation, or AI integration
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud services (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, such as:
  • Autonomous agents
  • Prompt orchestration
  • Tool‑calling and workflow automation
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud‑native deployment models
• Basic understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, or GenAI platforms is a strong plus

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems
• Exposure to DevOps / SRE practices
• Knowledge of event‑driven architectures and messaging systems
• Cloud or AI‑related certifications
