Description & Requirements

We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our Integration Services team. This role is responsible for delivering customer integrations end‑to‑end, including, configuring platform settings, supporting testing cycles, support establishing secure connectivity and monitoring production transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to set up AS2, sFTP, API and other secure connections.
• Implement integrations using X12 EDI, XML, and EDIFACT formats.
• Configure communication channels, trading partner profiles, and routing rules on the integration platform.
• Execute Integration Testing and support customers during UAT.
• Monitor production transactions and troubleshoot message failures.
• Provide timely support for customer production incidents and ensure smooth message flows.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with X12 EDI (850, 810, 856, 214, 300, 301 etc.)
• Understanding of XML, EDIFACT, and EDI standards.
• Experience with AS2, sFTP, and secure protocol troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze and debug EDI/XML messages.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.

Experience & Education

• 2–5 years in EDI integration or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.

• Able to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, accountable, and eager to learn.
