What role you will play in our Team

As the Inventory planning analyst, you will be working with supply chain execution team to plan the optimum inventory at ExxonMobil warehouses. You will steward the working capital KPIs : inventory volume , Days of Sale Inventory (DSI) and Non-Productive / Ageing Inventory. You will also analyse  MvM (month vs month),  QvQ (Quarter vs Quarter) inventory trends and provide insights to the leadership

What you will do

  • Work includes short and long-term financial/inventory planning and analysis of Business & Supply Chain operations
  • Enable development of annual strategic / corporate plan for the Business Line / Supply Chain & facilitate alignment
  • Provide analysis, insights to management on working capital, inventory, on-time delivery, and other financial and supply chain operational KPIs associated with business performance against the annual plan.

Require Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering degree and score of 60% or above (equivalent CGPA)
  • Minimum 3-years work experience in business planning in supply chain or finance or digital
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point along with excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on experience working on Power BI
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global cross-functional setting, strong stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

  • PGDM / MBA in Finance or Supply Chain or operations (preferably with a minimum of 60 %)
